Pair of Malas for Connection

The idea behind this project was a pair of malas that were not necessarily the same, but that called to each other in a way that supported or complemented the other. The pair was to be worn by a husband and wife who were separating physically for most of each week due to changes in work, so they could use these malas to strengthen their bond even while apart. They both include components that are the same, which provides that connection piece they were looking for. And they each include components that are unique, to support each partner in their own personal journeys as well.

Mala for Connection and Peace

This mala tells the story of processing some heavy burdens that have been weighing you down, and remind you to give yourself some time and space to breathe, heal, and let some light into your soul. Life can be a lot, but you don’t have to do it all yourself. Let those close to you lend a hand. Learn to say no, learn to lean on others, learn to let go and trust that things will work out the way they are meant to be.

Amber brings in the light! Let its soft warm glow melt your soul and allow you to rest, even if just for a minute, within the protective shield formed by Jet and Amber. That shield is powered by the ancient wisdom of the Earth, the balance of light and dark, a complete circuit. As above, so below.
